Pet Screening

In Colorado, tenants oftentimes come with pets! In fact, we estimate 50 – 70% of qualified tenants in this area will want to have pets on your property, so we typically advise owners to accept pets. That said, we don’t advice they accept them without a proper vetting process, We screen all pets using “Petscreening”, a third party provider. They provide us with a risk assessment of each pet which we then use to customize a pet fee/pet deposit plan that protects you and your property. It also gathers additional information about that pet’s history and their vaccinations, which can help lower the risk for the property owner.
